University Park residents can advertise upcoming garage and estate sales.   Content on this page content will be updated weekly showing the location, date and time of sales throughout University Park.  Use of this page by commercial ventures is prohibited.
 

How To Post Information

If you are a resident of University Park and you want to advertise and upcoming garage or estate sale, please follow this link to the Resident Online Center or call 311 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and an operator will assist you.  All requests must be made one week in advance of the sale date.

Rules and Regulations

Please note the following when conducting a garage or estate sale:
 

• Sales cannot be located anywhere in the front yard.
• Sale hours must be between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Each property is limited to a maximum of two sales per year.
• Only one sign (maximum 2 square feet) may be displayed on a sale site.  Additional signs cannot be placed on neighboring properties or on the City rights-of-way.
