The City's standards are based on the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. The City has revised portions of NCTCOG's Specifications, and the divisions that are revised are included in the City of University Park General Construction Standards green book. The specifications from the General Construction Standards green book are linked below. The construction details from the green book are only available through the Engineering Department at 4420 Worcola.
